Services
Each resource can be delivered as a live presentation, in a recorded learning format such as webinar or animated video, as a practical guide or kit for direct clinical or home use.
Manage your chronic pain
Master strategies easily and use at your own pace.
Learn what your pain cycles are, how and when to connect to pain, when to rest and recover.
Experience ease and relief, with kindness and care for yourself.
This approach uses breathe control and focuses on your strengths to create sustainable strategies.
Once learnt, you can apply these strategies independently, wherever you are, in a way that supports you. This is a method that celebrates you and your resilience.
Communicate & Connect for dementia

For families - if you are searching for answers on how to manage the change in your relationship when a family member has dementia.
Learn ways to communicate that can bring joy and connection when you are together.
For carers working in community settings or in nursing homes. Learn to communicate better and provide music based interventions in your work.
Music for you, music for me
How to thrive at work and in life, with the intentional use of music.
Understand how we connect to and use music to motivate, stimulate, focus, or rest and recover.
Learn how and when to use music to improve your work experience, your energy levels, and your performance to make the changes you want.
Great for workplaces that want to increase productivity, create environments that support neurodiversity, and improve staff well being.
How to thrive when you're lonely
What is loneliness?
Why has loneliness become a problem? What's changed?
Being alone and having connection are both essential to a balanced life. So, when is being alone a life affirming experience, and when do we need support to reconnect?
What happens when loneliness is a result of social isolation created by a person's access to connection being limited by external factors - distance, lock-downs, or differences?
What can we do for ourselves and for others to bridge the distance and connect?

As a neurodiverse and highly sensitive person with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, I have many years of practice exploring life and neuro affirming approaches to navigating life, work, pain, chronic conditions, being alone and loneliness. As I grow older, I understand the thread running through my life sings of strong and joyful connections with myself and within my community.
I hope my experience and the learnings I can share, can support you in your life affirming choices.
