1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance of Agreement
a) These terms and conditions govern your use of our website https://soundslikeme.com.au (Site), by using our Site you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy available on our Site (collectively the Agreement). If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Site.
b) This Site is owned and operated by Kathryn Morris ABN 68 202 643 969 (we, our or us) and provides information about our business. Any goods or services, provided by us, our subsidiaries or related bodies corporate are subject to specific terms and conditions. You will need to enter into a separate agreement for any goods or services (Services).
c) We reserve the right to modify and amend these terms and conditions at any time. Once any modified or amended terms and conditions are displayed on our Site you will be bound by them. Materials regarding the medical profession or the practice of medical or allied health professionals, are not a substitute for advice or consultation. Materials are provided for general information purposes only and may not be appropriate or applicable to you or for your needs or circumstances.
b) You agree to indemnify us and our directors, employees, agents, advisors and representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, made by any third parties against us due to or arising out of your unlawful use, wilful, negligent or fraudulent acts or omissions and any breach of this Agreement by you, or the infringement by you of our or a third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
c) We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

a) All Material on this Site is owned by us or under licence to us and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright law and conventions. a. We only collect personal information from you when you personally decide to contact us through our website; via our contact form or appointment booking pages. Otherwise without this information we cannot get back to.

a. The purpose for which we collect personal information is to provide you with the best service experience possible our website and so that we can contact you regarding an enquiry or for an appointment you have requested from us.
